For generations, land ownership has carried emotional, cultural, and financial significance. Yet, for many years, accessing land records meant long queues, paperwork, confusion, and even disputes.
With the Digital India initiative, land record management began shifting online. The launch of Jharbhoomi Jharkhand marked a major step forward, giving citizens direct access to their property details through a transparent, easy-to-use system. This digital platform simplified the process of checking Khasra, Khata, Register II, mutation status, rent payments, and Bhu Naksha (land maps) all from the comfort of home.

Our goal is simple: to bridge the gap between citizens and government services through technology. By making Jharkhand’s land records available online, Jharbhoomi reduces unnecessary paperwork, eliminates middlemen, and ensures that landowners, farmers, and common citizens can view their records anytime, anywhere.

Today, with just a few clicks, citizens can check their property details, download khatiyan, apply for mutation, or pay rent online through the official portal.
